CANCELLATION  POLICY 

If you are unable to keep your reservation, please call the salon at least

24 hours prior to your service to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

For late cancelations or missed appointments a charge of 100% of your service will either be charged to your credit card on file or will be required to rescheduled.

 

 *This is at the discretion of your technician

NEW POLICIES

All new guests to the salon will be required to have a credit card on file in order to make a reservation. You may also come to the salon and put a 20% cash deposit down if you do not wish to have your card on file.

All new color guests will be required to have a complimentary consultation prior to color service.
