COVID 19 INFORMATION
*When you arrive at the salon for your reservation please wait outside the building until you are asked to come in.
*During the colder and wetter months please wait in your car if you arrive early to your appointment.
*Please do come wearing a mask and a flexible and fabulous attitude, as we are all doing our best to get through these uncertain times
All new guests to the salon will be required to have a credit card on file in order to make a reservation. You may also come to the salon and put a 20% cash deposit down if you do not wish to have your card on file.
All new color guests will be required to have a complimentary consultation prior to color service.

POWER OUTAGE INFORMATION
If the salon looses power our phone and internet does not work, we will be using personal cell phones
If you have a reservation on a day when the power is or could be shut off please wait for a phone call from your technician's personal cell phone. If you do not receive a call then assume your reservation is on.

If you are unable to keep your reservation, please call the salon at least
24 hours prior to your service to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For late cancelations or missed appointments a charge of half of your service will either be charged to your credit card on file or will be required to rescheduled.
*This is at the discretion of your technician, and is flexible if you must cancel due to COVID 19 related issues.
